Filmer Delivery has been servicing the freight requirements for the Barossa Valley business community since 1982. Don Filmer built the company from the ground up, from a one truck beginning to a fleet of 10 vehicles.
In 2016, Don retired and the business was purchased by Gary & Sue Curtis, Sue being a long time employee of the company since 2002.
The fleet now comprises of:
- two express vans
- two parcel trucks
- two small rigid trucks
- two rigid tailgate trucks
- four semi trucks
We offer a same day or next day door-to-door delivery service. There is no unloading and holding at a depot.
With most of our staff being local, our drivers can be personally known. They are visiting the same businesses on a regular basis which gives a more personal service.
